Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment.

Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable.

Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date.

Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits,

they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets.

This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet.

We recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.

Cancelled Appointments

Please give us prior then 24 hours notice before cancelling your appointment. If you fail to do so a fee will be assessed.

This is a medical hospital just like the ones for human beings, except it is for your pet.

So please have the same respect you would for your own Dr. by coming in on time and giving us ample time with cancelled appointments.

New Clients/Patients

We accept all new clients and patients no matter their location. If you have never been here before please fax over your pets paperwork and/or records for us to review.

We will take 24-48 hours to review the paperwork to ensure that come time for your appointment we know exactly what vaccinations or treatments your pet should and can have.

Our fax number is- (516)-766-7515. Please call before hand to inform us that you would like to join our hospital.
